Awkward family gathering? After hours work soiree? Night out with Facebook “friends”? When life throws you commitments you’d prefer to un-commit from, Frigidaire is there with the ‘Stay In’ Excuse Generator. Online, or through our Facebook Chatbot, the Frigidaire excuse generator is ready with reasonably believable excuses you can pass along to friends, family and co-workers. All to help unbind you from the burden of prior engagements that keep you from enjoying what you genuinely love – your home. After all, when “Your House Rules”, why would you ever want to leave?  (BTW, I wrote some of the excuses myself)

YouTube ‘Fix It’ Targeted Pre-Roll
The ice maker quits. The dishwasher doesn’t dry. The gas burner won’t light. In these moments of appliance-induced frustration, we all seek answers—the kind only strangers posting fix it videos on YouTube can provide. And now, with the help of Google Vogon, Frigidiare is there to provide new and helpful answers to age old appliance problems. Serving up contextually relevant ads based on YouTube “fix it” search queries, like “How to fix a broken ice maker”, or “Why won’t my gas oven heat up?” Because after all, fixing your current ice maker doesn’t change the fact that it’s still connected to your current fridge.

Postcards
A series of customizable digital postcards people can make on our site, to show off exactly why their house rules. Users can share out their home postcards on social media, and share their perfect staycation among friends and family alike.
